HR Manager
(Pangkalan Kerinci - Riau)

Responsibilities:
To manage and control all personnel activities in the Complex, including advice on personnel, policies and procedures, with the parameters set by Corporate Human Resource Policy to ensure employee morale, development and productivity. To act  as a strategic partner to the operation of the company.

Requirements:
Requirements:
     Female/ Male
     Bachelor Degree from any major.
     Having minimum 10 years experience in Human Resource, with minimum 3 years experience in Managerial Level.
     Willing to work in Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau, Sumatra.
     Good communication in English. Mandarin would be an advantage.
     Able to operate computer (at least Ms.Office programs)
     Hard working, self motivated and dynamic person.
